| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程以介紹企業體系間資訊化為主，並擬邀請業界的各專家學者與從業人員進行不同主題的演講，以期建立學生對資訊化管理的概貌。企業體系間資訊化透過所有的資料與訊息交換而產生。簡而言之資訊化的內涵涵蓋了如何滿足企業的消費者與供商，如何處理金流交易，物流與勞務的管理，以及提供有價值的資訊讓價值鏈中的每一位成員獲得有效利益。企業對企業-企業體系間資訊化提昇企業夥伴間的整合性以及相互依存的關係。最早是透過EDI等資料交換模式來完成，但是其效率過低、反應過，況且成本過高。現在，新的解決方案，例如企業資源規劃以及B2B價值鏈，可以提供一個全新的B2B面貌，幫助企業獲得即時且豐富的資訊，建立高效率且無疆界的合作關係。由於資訊基礎建設的普及，目前B2B市場正以飛快的速度蓬勃發展。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | This course is based on how e-Business solutions contribute to each player in the e-Business value chain. Some professionals and scholars are invited to give lectures from different e-Business point of view. The course will help students to have a further understanding of e-business and its solutions.E- Business is everything that leads up to everything that follows from that transaction. It means that e- Business includes everything you do to satisfy your customers and suppliers, arrange payment/billing, deliver products or services, and provide information to help each entity through the whole value chain.Business to Business - B2B e-Business focuses on increasing the integration and relationship between established business partners.
