| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 低溫冷凍科學在高附加價值的生物科技與生物醫學具有不可言喻的重要性，低溫生物醫學技術在於藉由熱流科學的理論、方法和技術，探討低溫生物醫學的一些結構性問題、低溫生物醫學的熱分析、熱計算和熱試驗、最佳化熱控制方法、研製和改善低溫生物醫學中的儀器設備。本課程內容包含七個單元：（一）低溫生物醫學技術導論、（二）溶液的凍結特性與細胞的損傷、（三）水溶液的結晶與玻璃化、（四）生物體低溫保存技術與應用、（五）低溫技術在電子顯微鏡生物樣品製備中的應用、（六）低溫生物醫學技術的儀器和設備、（七）低溫外科工程。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | The purpose of this course is to introduce the effects of low temperatures on all types of organisms and their constituent cells, tissues and organs. The contents include the range from natural mechanisms of cold tolerance, cryopreservation of cells for medical purpose, low temperature microscopy, cryosurgery, through to the physics and physical chemistry of water and ice, and heat and mass transfer in biological systems. | |||
