| 英文概述 English Description | This class explains and analyzes issues concerning the principle, design, and assembly of vacuum systems that are commonly used today. We will begin with the classification of the vacuum system, then goes into the cautions regarding the assembly of the vacuum systems, as well as the concept and design of the air extraction of the vacuum system. We will also discuss the design principles for the vacuum cavity, and the system design for medium-low, high, and super-high vacuum systems. | |||
