| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程藉「課程引導」來協助學生探索自身潛能，認識與學習未來擔任領導者經營團隊之能力；另透過編組進行「實務參與」，進而體驗提升團隊能量之方式，並在投入的過程當中，學習組織與企劃、接納與包容、宣傳與分工、建構人脈關係網以及增進問題解決能力，以培養未來職場之領袖人才。最後藉由期末成果發表會，引導學生結合學術理論基礎及業界實務操作，將所學做最好之發揮，協助同學未來於職場工作無縫銜接之目標。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | The “course guidance” assists students to explore self-potential and to recognize and learn the team-management capability of the future leader. The “Practical participation” let students experience how to increase team-energy, and study: organizing and planning, accepting and tolerating, propaganda and cooperation, constructing personal connections, problem solving, for cultivating the future leader. Finally, an achievements ceremony will be held to show the results and train the students to combine the theoretical principal and practical application for their future work. | |||
