一、推行品質管理持續改善之作法,介紹各種品質管理與品質管制之各種工具並輔以焦點個案分析與研討。課程大綱包括品質理論、品質管理工具、品質改進團隊與專案管理、統計為基礎的品質改進、品質改進的管理、驗證品質系統。 二、瞭解庫存管理目的為儲存適當數量的物料,使日後生產不虞匱乏;庫存管理主要工作,除了記載與保留入庫的異動資料外,最重要是要即時提供各種相關重要報表,讓管理者可瞭解實際庫存狀況,能在第一時間內做出適當的採購或存貨處分等決策。

English Description
1. Quality Management, including:Introduction of Quality Concepts, The Tools of Quality, Managing Quality Improvement Teams and Projects, Statistically Based Quality Improvement for Variables, Managing Learning for Quality Improvement, Implementing and Validating the Quality System. 2. The purpose of inventory management:immediately provide a variety of related important reports and in addition to storage of transaction records and retention of information so that managers can understand the situation of the actual inventory and can be the first time to make the appropriate punishment such as procurement or inventory decisions.
