| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 一、推行品質管理持續改善之作法，介紹各種品質管理與品質管制之各種工具並輔以焦點個案分析與研討。課程大綱包括品質理論、品質管理工具、品質改進團隊與專案管理、統計為基礎的品質改進、品質改進的管理、驗證品質系統。 二、瞭解庫存管理目的為儲存適當數量的物料，使日後生產不虞匱乏；庫存管理主要工作，除了記載與保留入庫的異動資料外，最重要是要即時提供各種相關重要報表，讓管理者可瞭解實際庫存狀況，能在第一時間內做出適當的採購或存貨處分等決策。 | |||
