| 英文概述 English Description | Granular materials are ubiquitous in our daily lives and have attracted growing interest in many industrial applications, such as silo storage, fluidized bed, additive manufacturing, etc. This course is an introductory course to provide the general concepts and simulation methods of granular material flows, and a comprehensive understanding for its applications. The course will start from the basic flow characteristics of granular materials, and then move to the discrete simulation approaches. The final part of this course will demonstrate the practical engineering and industrial problems of granular material flows. | |||
