中文概述 Chinese Description | 深度學習探討如何能利用深層類神經網路,由觀測到的資料中自我學習,自我進化,而能有效進行預測,分類,偵測,辨認與決策,以建立人工智慧。 本課程為進階的機器學習課程,將會花相當多的時間深入探討各種不同的訓練方法不同結構的類神經網路。包括深層類神經網路,卷積類神經網路,遞迴類神經網路等等網路架構,與監督式學習,非監督式學習,強化式學習,對抗式學習等等訓練方法。 本課程並會要求學生實現各種不同類型的類神經網路,將其著應用在解決多種人本人工智慧服務設計問題。包時間序列預測,物體偵測與辨認,語音訊號處理、影像訊號處理、自然語言處理,音訊訊號處理等多種人本資訊處理。 | |||
英文概述 English Description | Deep learning is a branch of artificial intelligence that focuses on how to use deep neural networks to self-learn and self-evolve from observed data, as well as to effectively predict, classify, detect patterns and make decisions. This course is an advanced machine learning course that delves into different neural network structures and training methods. Students will be asked to implement different neural networks to solve various human-centered artificial intelligent service design problems (e.g., time series prediction, object detection, image recognition, speech signal processing, video signal processing, natural language processing, audio signal processing, etc.). |
