英文概述 English Description | Biochemical engineering is the domain of microbial and enzyme processes, natural or artificial. The field encompasses many topics including industrial fermentation, enzyme utilization, and wastewater treatment. The intention of this course has been to treat the majority of these topics by covering the biochemical and engineering principles on which theses processes are based. The outline of this course includes: 1. Introduction of microbiology 2. Kinetics of enzyme-catalyzed reactions 3. Isolation and utilization of enzymes 4. Metabolic pathways and energetics 5.
