中文概述 Chinese Description | 本實習著重在材料的合成法,包含人工晶體及各式無機材料的合成實作。實驗設計皆搭配「材料合成」授課內容,所得之樣品將進一步做表面與結構上的分析。核心實驗計有: (1)固態反應法合成鈦酸鋇粉末 (2)化學氣相沈積法沈積薄膜材料 (3)沉澱法合成磁性氧化鐵粉末 (4)溶膠─凝膠法合成二氧化矽粉末 (5) 溶膠─凝膠法合成二氧化矽薄膜 (6)氧化還原法合成金奈米顆粒 (7) 磷酸二氫銨晶體成長 (8) 物理氣相沈積法沈積金薄膜材料 | |||
英文概述 English Description | The laboratory sections in this course are designed to synthesize various inorganic materials. Eight experiments will be carried out in a semester including: 1. Synthesis of BaTiO3 powders by solid-state reaction 2. Preparation of thin film by chemical vapor deposition 3. Synthesis of magnetic Fe3O4 powders by precipitation reaction 4. Synthesis of SiO2 powders by sol-gel reaction 5. Synthesis of SiO2 thin film by sol-gel reaction 6. Synthesis of Au nanoparticles by oxidation-reduction reaction 7. Crystal growth of NH4H2PO4 8. Preparation of gold thin film by physical vapor deposition. |
