| 英文概述 English Description | The laboratory sections in this course are designed to synthesize various inorganic materials. Eight experiments will be carried out in a semester including: 1. Synthesis of BaTiO3 powders by solid-state reaction 2. Preparation of thin film by chemical vapor deposition 3. Synthesis of magnetic Fe3O4 powders by precipitation reaction 4. Synthesis of SiO2 powders by sol-gel reaction 5. Synthesis of SiO2 thin film by sol-gel reaction 6. Synthesis of Au nanoparticles by oxidation-reduction reaction 7. Crystal growth of NH4H2PO4 8. Preparation of gold thin film by physical vapor deposition. | |||
