中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程著重在材料的合成方式,包含人工晶體、人工合成天然礦物、各式新穎材料的合成法與結構解析。實驗設計皆搭配「晶體合成」授課內容,所得之樣品將進一步做表面與結構上的分析。核心實驗計有: (1)固態反應法合成鈦酸鋇粉末 (2)化學氣相沈積法沈積薄膜材料 (3)沉澱法合成氧化鋅粉末 (4)溶膠─凝膠法合成二氧化矽 (5)微孔化法合成二氧化鈦奈米顆粒 (6)氧化還原法合成金奈米顆粒 | |||
英文概述 English Description | The laboratory sections in this course are designed to have student obtain hand-on experiences of various materials syntheses processing operations. Six experiments will be carried out in a semester including: 1. Synthesis of BaTiO3 powders by solid-state reaction 2. Preparation of thin film by chemical vapor deposition 3. Synthesis of ZnO powders by precipitation reaction 4. Synthesis of SiO2 by sol-gel reaction 5. Synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles by microemulsion method 6. Synthesis of Au nanoparticles by oxidation-reduction reaction |
