| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程為講授鋼鐵製造原理與技術。內容分兩單元，一為生鐵之製 煉，另一為鋼之製煉。生鐵之製煉講述鐵礦石之還原反應及高爐操作之熱力學原理及其應用，以及高爐操作之技術發展。並介紹直接製鐵及溶融還原法之概要。鋼之製煉講述煉鋼之治金熱力學原理，並說明頂吹式純氧氣轉爐，底吹式純氧氣轉爐，頂底吹轉爐，電爐及平爐煉鋼法之冶煉技術。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | The course is to lecture the principle and technique of making ferrous products, its content is divided into two parts, one is the refining of pig iron, the other is the refining of steel. The former one is to describe the reduction reaction of ferrous mine, and the thermal dynamics principle and application of a blast furnace, the technique development of a blast furnace operation as well. The latter one is to describe the metallurgical thermal dynamics principle of steel making, and to describe the smelting techniquesof the converter with pure oxgen infusing from upper part or bottom, electric furnace, open hearth. | |||
