以銲接製程(銲接學)及結構材料為基礎來探討銲接結構的應力與破裂分析。主題將函蓋,焊接熱流,殘留應力原理與量測原理,曲扭現象,焊接結構強度,破裂韌性,銲道疲勞破裂,殘留應力對應力腐蝕,挫曲的影響焊接裂紋形成原因等。銲接是工業應用技術上之重要一環,無論國防武器,交通工具、土木結構、太空工業、機械工業等均需銲接技術與理論。授課內容包牯:電銲、TIG銲接、無縫包藥銲接、潛弧銲接、硬銲、軟銲、電子束銲接、銲接設計、銲接檢,殘留應力及彎曲等。

English Description
To utilize the basic courses of welding and structural material to discuss the stress and breakage analysis of welding structure. The subject shall cover welding heat current, residual stress and measurement principle, bending phenomenon, welding structure strength, breakage elasicity, welding run fatigue fracture, how residual stress affacts stress corrosion, hydrogen embrittlement,and bending, all of them make welding cracks. Welding is an important part at the industrial applied technology, all the defense weapon, traffic vehicles,civil structure, space industry, mechanical industry all need welding skill and theorem. The lecture content includes arc welding, (TIG)inert gas tungsten arc welding, CO2MAG welding, (MIG)inert gas metal welding, flux cored arc welding, submerged arc welding, brazing, soldering, electron beam welding, welding design, residual stress, bending.
