本課程目標為傳授學生對於化學程序工程、生化與生醫工程、材料與奈米工程、光電能源與環境相關關產業所需之核心製程技術及實務學能。實務訓練包含1.超臨界流體萃取分離、結晶濃縮、氧化反應、染色技術等;2.現代微生物發酵製程及後續的破菌、分離、純化等;3.真空鍍膜技術,電漿蝕刻技術,化學氣相沈積鍍膜技術以及半導體材料檢測技術等;4. 以超重力旋轉填充床進行氨氮氣提實驗與生質柴油反應製程實驗。

English Description
The objectives of this course are to provide the professional training in core chemical process engineering, biochemical and biomedical engineering, material and nano-engineering, optical energy and environmental industries. These courses include: 1. the supercritical fluids extraction, separation, crystallization, oxidation and dyeing technologies. 2. microbial fermentation and the following purification process, including cells breakage and separation. 3. semiconductor sputtering technique, plasma etching, chemical vapor deposition, and characterization tools. 4. ammonia stripping and biodiesel production processes by using rotating packed bed.
