中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程主要在講述工業催化製程開發之基本原則,管理方法,技術突破的執行要領及策略運用,並探討數個工業催化製程開發成功與失敗的實際案例。授課內容從化工產品的生產技術演變特性及組織架構,歷史經驗的分析開始。產品以石化產品為例,論及原料來源的轉變,工廠設備技術的進步。進而講述工業催化製程在工業催化劑功能開發及製程技術革新下,雙管齊下,如何達成工業催化製程開發的目標。 | |||
英文概述 English Description | This course is designed to introduce the basic principles, management, skills to reach technology break-through, and strategy for the development of industrial catalytic process. Real cases of the success and failure of development of industrial catalytic process in chemical industry will also be reviewed. Contents of the lectures will start with the analysis of the evolution, the industry structures and historical experience of chemical industrial products. Using petrochemical products as examples, we will discuss the shift of the raw materials, the progress of plant equipments, and how chemical engineers simultaneously address the developments of improved catalyst and process technology to accomplish the mission of the development of catalytic process in chemical industry. |
