| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程的重點在於介紹中國自秦始皇統一天下後以迄清朝滅亡，共有二千多年，在此期間中國的政體是皇帝制度，因此在皇帝制度下，中國是專制政體的國家。直到辛亥革命推翻了滿清，建立了民國，中國才成為民主政體的國家，直到民國35年12月25日制定完成憲法後，中國才真正成為民主憲政的國家。此外，並將介紹政府在台灣推展民主政治的過程，以及實施民主憲政的成果。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | The main purpose of the course is introducing the changes from the unity of the Emperor Chin Sue-huang to the ruination of the Ching Dynasty and the evolution from an autocratic country to a democratically constitutional country. Moreover, the process and the achievements of the democratic development as well as the performances of the Constitution are discussed in the course. | |||
