| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程旨在認識今昔中國女性的處境與面貌，從而理解性別判斷滲透於個人性格、價值觀點與群體意識的後天因子，俾使學子敏於省察女性角色因性別判斷所造成的困境與扭曲，進而啟發學子對兩性平權終極發展的思考與自我定位；授課過程中並反覆演練性別研究法則的運用。「閱讀」素材包括三方面：其一，「被書寫的女性」，以古代男性精英的敘寫為主。其二，女性主義相關論述及現當代女性文學，即「女性的書寫」。其三，受訪人物的現身說法。課程?合教師講論、學生個別書面報告以及分組訪談分析等三個面向進行。 本課程適合「不男不女」的人和怨憎自我性別的人修習；更適合輕鄙女性的男性及崇拜男性的女性來投入。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | This course attempts to provide a journey of reasoning so that students can better understand the transforming role and status of the traditional and contemporary Chinese women. By undergoing a series of discussion and exploration in the class, it is hoped that students will not only become more aware of gender issues but also build up their self-identity, sensitivity, and confidence in the pursuit their own gender equity physically and intellectually. Themes in the class include: female personality, value system, group consciousness, gender awareness, and the up-and-down of women's course of lives. Course readings are divided into the following three aspects: 1)The portrait of ancient women especially in the eyes of Chinese male intellectuals and writers: 2)Female collective writings on the discussion of women's studies and women's literature: 3)The live episodes of female interviewee. | |||
