| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 面對科技發展日新月異，社會急驟變遷的新世紀，只習得專業上的一技之長，已不足以和協圓滿地實踐有意義的人生。有鑑於此，乃以生涯發展與生涯諮商的理論與研究為基礎，配合學生的發展，希翼能透過教育的歷程，使學生的專業知識能和未來的工作與生活規劃，產生有意義的聯結，進而為學生提供一個短程與長程的生涯發展與選擇的準備與指引。授課內容包括生涯理念介紹、興趣、性格、價值觀探索，生涯決定因素，生涯技巧，生涯角色調適，生涯選擇與劃技巧，生涯訪談，生涯高原調適，轉型期調適，性別、職業歧視，雙生涯家庭，就業準備等主要生涯課題的研究與習作。 | |||
