教師能依據學生個別差異及需求,彈性調整教學內容、進度和評量方式,以提升學生學習效果和引導學生適性發展。教學與學習能夠產生有效的連結,建立在下列的三個理論基礎上分別為:1.腦力研究(Brain-based Research)。2.學習風格與多元智慧(Learning Styles and Multiple Intelligences)。3.真實性評量(Authentic Assessment)。藉由瞭解差異化教學的內涵及基本觀點,分析學生個別差異及學習風格,透過不同教學方法和教學活動,符合所有學生的學習需求,最後實施多元質性學習評量,來了解學生學習成效,達到落實差異化教學的策略,作為未來教學之改進。

English Description
Teachers adjust the teaching content, progress assessment flexibly based on students' individual differences and needs in order to improve students’ learning outcomes and to guide students for proper development. Effective teaching and learning are based on three theories: 1. brain-based Research. 2. Learning styles and Multiple Intelligences. 3. Authentic assessment. By understanding the connotation and fundamental point of view of differentiated instruction, teacher can analysis of students' individual differences and learning styles through different teaching methods and activities to conform the learning needs of all students. Finally, Teachers will implement multivariate qualitative learning assessment to understand students' learning effectiveness in order to implement various instructional strategies as future teaching improvements.
