| 英文概述 English Description | This course aims to explore privacy and database security issues associated with the collection, storage, analysis, and sharing of medical data in smart healthcare environments. The course covers the characteristics of medical data, fundamental concepts of privacy and information security, healthcare-related privacy regulations, secure design of medical databases, access control, encryption techniques, data anonymization and de-identification, as well as the new risks and challenges that artificial intelligence applications bring to medical privacy. It further introduces privacy-preserving computation techniques such as differential privacy and federated learning, integrating theoretical explanations with practical case studies.
