英文概述 English Description | In management decisions, how should marketing management be conducted to ensure that a company's products sell and increase company revenue? How should financial management be handled to ensure the company operates smoothly and makes appropriate management decisions regarding the allocation of funds? Through discussions of relevant domestic and international company cases, students can gain an understanding of topics such as consumer behavior, market segmentation, product strategy, distribution channels, and digital (including AI) marketing, as well as develop a deeper understanding of financial management topics like investment, financing, working capital, and corporate finance. This will enable senior managers to develop more comprehensive strategic operational guidelines. |
