英文概述 English Description | This course “Exercise for excellent and health fitness management” combines theory and practice. By exploring the fundamentals of exercise science and health management, and through practical participation, it aims to build students' practical understanding of how exercise applies to personal health, and to enhance their self-health and physical fitness management to promote long-term health. The course covers topics such as the importance of exercise for health, exercise smart apps, training plan, exercise and nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and recovery. Through this course, students will not only improve their physical fitness and sports-related knowledge but will also experience the benefits of personal health management through practical exercise participation. |
