本課程聚焦於具應用潛力之前瞻光電材料之性質、製程技術,以及其於光學檢測與雷射應用中的角色。涵蓋之材料類型包括光電半導體材料(如 III-V 族、鈣鈦礦)、液晶、有機高分子材料、奈米材料(如金屬奈米粒子)與二維材料(如石墨烯、MXene 等)。學生將深入了解這些材料的光電特性,並探討其在雷射、感測器、顯示器、可撓式電子與生醫檢測元件等領域的實際應用。課程內容亦介紹多種光學與雷射相關的量測技術,包括光學吸收、螢光、光致發光(PL)、拉曼光譜、表面增強拉曼散射(SERS),以及雷射激發之光學檢測方法。透過應用導向的案例分析與實作設計,強化學生於材料、雷射與光學系統整合方面的跨領域實務能力。

English Description
This course focuses on the properties and fabrication techniques of advanced optoelectronic materials, as well as their roles in optical detection and laser-related applications.Covered material categories include optoelectronic semiconductors,liquid crystals, organic polymers and biocompatible materials.Students will gain in-depth understanding of the optoelectronic properties of these materials and explore their practical applications in laser systems,sensors,displays,flexible electronics,and biomedical diagnostic devices.The course also introduces a variety of optical and laser-based characterization techniques,including optical absorption,fluorescence,photoluminescence,Raman spectroscopy,surface-enhanced Raman scattering,and laser-excited optical detection methods.Through application-oriented case studies and hands-on project design, students will develop interdisciplinary practical skills in integrating materials, lasers, and optical systems.
