光電材料具備將光轉換為電能的能力,因此在當前的再生能源研究中中引起了廣泛與極大的關注。本課程著重介紹光電材料應用在光伏元件、發光二極體、光電感測器和薄膜電晶體。課程內容也包括半導體物理基礎知識、材料的分子結構、光吸收能力、載流子遷移率以及元件的穩定性和衰退的探討。

English Description
Optoelectronic materials have attracted much attention on a wide range of applications in renewable energy systems due to their ability to convert light into electricity. This course focus on introducing optoelectronic materials utilized in such kind of devices, photovoltaics, light-emitting diodes, photodetectors, and thin-film-transistors. This course also includes the fundamentals of semiconductor physics, materials’ molecular structures, light absorption capacity, carrier mobility and device’s stability and degradation.
