| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程旨在培養學生電子設備散熱元件設計與熱管理分析之基礎與應用能力。課程首先介紹電子元件之發熱特性、熱物性及溫度與元件可靠度之關係，並由熱傳導、熱對流及熱輻射等基本熱傳機制建立電子散熱分析基礎。進一步探討接觸熱阻、熱介面材料、熱擴散、散熱鰭片、風扇及散熱器等常見散熱元件之原理與設計方法。課程亦涵蓋相變熱傳、沸騰與凝結、薄膜蒸發、熱管等高效熱管理技術，並延伸至微通道兩相流與高熱通量電子元件散熱應用。此外，將介紹電子設備之熱阻網路、溫度分布及電腦輔助熱流分析方法，並探討伺服器與資料中心等系統層級之熱管理技術。透過課堂講授、文獻閱讀、案例分析及專題報告，使學生具備電子散熱元件選用、設計、分析與整合之能力。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | This course introduces the fundamentals and applications of electronic cooling and thermal management. Topics include heat generation and thermophysical properties of electronic components, heat transfer mechanisms, thermal contact resistance, thermal interface materials, heat spreading, fans, heat sinks, phase-change heat transfer, boiling and condensation, thin-film evaporation, heat pipes, microchannel two-phase flow, and high-heat-flux cooling. Thermal resistance networks, temperature distribution, computer-aided thermal analysis, and thermal management of servers and data centers are also covered. Through lectures, literature reviews, case studies, and project presentations, students will develop practical skills in the selection, design, analysis, and integration of electronic cooling technologies. | |||
