本課程之主要目的介紹深度學習於影像處領域之基本理論、架構及應用,包括: Classifier(CNN、Transformer)、Object detection(Yolo)、Anomaly Detection(EfficientAD、GLASS)、GAN及Image-To-Text(CLIP)相關網路之架構及應用,更藉由專題製作方式讓同學了解現有之類神經網路於工業工程領域內之相關運用。

English Description
The main objective of this course is to introduce the fundamental theories, architectures, and applications of deep learning in the field of computer vision. Topics include classifiers (CNN, Transformer), object detection (YOLO), anomaly detection (EfficientAD, GLASS), GANs, and image-to-text models (CLIP). Through project-based learning, students will also gain an understanding of how existing neural network models are applied in the field of industrial engineering.
