| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 商業智慧(Business Intelligence, BI)乃是企業利用現代資訊技術收集、管理和分析結構化與非結構化的企業資料與資訊，創造和累積企業知識與見解，以改善企業決策品質與採取有效的企業行動，進而提升企業各方面績效。本課程將介紹製造現場資料收集方式與架構，也將介紹基本資料庫與資料倉儲觀念，最後將重點放在BI與企業資源規劃、BI與電子商務、BI與顧客關係管理等議題上。課堂中也將輔以目前市面上商用BI套裝軟體。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | Business intelligence (BI) is a business management term which refers to applications and technologies which are used to gather, provide access to, and analyze data and information about their company operations. Business intelligence systems can help companies have a more comprehensive knowledge of the factors affecting their business, such as metrics on sales, production, internal operations, and they can help companies to make better business decisions. In this course, data collection techniques will be introduced firstly. Database and data warehouse concepts will also be mentioned. Applications of BI in ERP, EC and CRM will be the important focus of this course. Students will have a chance to implement practical BI software. | |||
