| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 專案管理課程探討專案管理實務課題，包括專案的起始、規劃、執行、控制及結束所需之專案管理知識體系，為了增進學生對知識體系在實務之運用，於課程介紹後及先示範引導專案管理軟體工具之實作，有助於提升學生學習體會專案管理如何規畫、組織、用人、領導及控制各種資源包括人員、設備、材料、資金，期能及時在容許預算下完成特定專案，並請學生組成團隊，就有興趣或熟悉之專案，撰寫專案緣由、方案選擇、可行性分析及專案規劃書，已落實在職場專案管理方法論之實際應用，期能在企業中提升各類專案之參予度與貢獻度。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | 1. This course discusses the factors necessary for the successful project management. Topics include project management concepts, needs identification, the project manager, the project teams, project organizations, project communications, project planning, scheduling, control and associated costs.
