中文概述 Chinese Description | 介紹材料加工技術,包括創形、變形、去除、連接、塗層、材質改變六類。講述其原理,做系統分析,說明重要因子與製品性質﹝品質﹞ 的關係,以做製程優化及製程控制之基礎。製程原理包括括傳統及非傳統的加工法,如切削,鑄造,焊接,塑性加工,放電加工,雷射加工,化學蝕刻等。處理之材料除金屬外尚包括塑膠、陶瓷及複合材料。製造產品包括生產財及消費品,如機械元件、電子元件、積體電路、日常用品等。 本課程不但介紹製造工程中使用的各種量測技術並且闡明量測技術,生產技術及自動化技術之間的關聯性以充實品質管制與製造自動化之背景知識。 | |||
英文概述 English Description | This course introduces the tecbnology about material processing, including form creating,forming,removing,connecting,cosating,and modification of properties.Starting with a explanation of their principles and system analysis,the relatinbships between the significant manufacturing factors and the properties (qualities) of the product will be discussed,this will be a basement to control and optimize the manufacturing process. The manufacturing principles include traditional and non-traditional methods:casting,cutting,welding,plastic forming,electrical discharge machining,laser beammaterial processing,chemical etching and so on.The materials to be processed are metal,plastic,ceramic,and composite.The products to be manufactured are capital goods and consumer goods,such as machine elements,electronic element,IC,and daily used merchandise.
