中文概述 Chinese Description | 近代無機化學的發展,主要跟金屬錯合物息息相關,也已經演變成是了解材料化學,生物無機化學,以及催化反應的重要基礎學問。基於此,本課程設計分兩個學期,讓學生了解在無機化學領域中,金屬錯合物的結構,化學鍵結,光譜學,反應機構以及催化反應。在第二學期的課程裡,我們將著重在有機金屬化學,催化反應,以及生物無機化學。除了教授傳統的有機金屬反應,將強調在近代發展的交叉偶合以形成 : 碳-碳,碳-氮,碳-硫鍵等的催化反應。最後將介紹近代發展的,仿生物酵素的無機化學錯合物,以及特定的金屬蛋白質。 | |||
英文概述 English Description | Modern inorganic chemistry is closely related to the understanding of metal complexes, which becomes an important knowledge to learn material, bioinorganic, and catalytic Chemistry. Therefore, this course is divided into two semesters to provide students the knowledge on how to understand the structure, chemical bonding, spectroscopy, reaction mechanism, catalysis of metal complexes in inorganic chemistry field. In the 2nd semester of this course, we will focus on the organometallic, catalytic and bioinorganic chemistry. In addition to the traditional organometallic reaction, the modern development of cross-coupling reactions on C-C, C-N, and C-S bonds formation in catalysis filed will be emphasized. Finally, the modern development of biomimetic inorganic model compounds and some metalloproteins will be introduced |
