英文概述 English Description | Nowadays, modern inorganic chemistry is closely related to the understanding of metal complexes, which becomes an important knowledge to learn material, bioinorganic, and catalytic Chemistry. As the progress of scientific technology, using spectroscopy method to characterize the metal complexes becomes one of the important techniques in inorganic chemistry field. Therefore, this course is divided into two semesters to provide students the knowledge on how to understand the structure, chemical bonding, spectroscopy, reaction mechanism, catalysis of metal complexes in inorganic chemistry field. Based on such goals, the course is divided into two semesters. The first semesters is to teach students those fundamental concepts on how to use molecular orbital theory and group theory to explain the chemical bonding, acid-base interactions, solid state material, spectroscopy, and reaction mechanisms.
