英文概述 English Description | Characterization and measurement of surface properties are critical for surface treatment process. They are also the basic tools for quality control in the industry. The objective of this course is to introduce and principles and applications of various surface properties and measurement technologies. Experiments are also designed for students to gain hands-on skills. The topics of surface measurement include: (1) surface morphology, (2) surface chemistry characterization, (3) surface mechanical properties, and (4) surface image analysis. |
