| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 生物技術涵蓋了醫學、食品、環境、能源、特用化學品，以及農、林、漁、牧等產業。課程介紹及生化程序中各種技術，並以商業化之製程做說明。授課之目的在讓學生對整個生化工程領域有一概括性的了解。論文研討採全班分組，一學期要報告1~3次，藉此方式可以訓練學生上台演說與成果發表之能力。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | The Bio-tech course covers the field in medicine, food, environment, energy, special chemicals and because businesses in agriculture, logging, fishing, and forest. The course introduces the various techniques in the biochemical processes and demonstrates with commercial manufactural processes. This course gives the students some basic knowledge in the entire field of biochemical engineering. The class will be divided into small groups for publication studies. Each group is required to give 2~3 reports in each semester, so that everyone be trained in public speeches and able to publish papers. | |||
