中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程目標在教授學生光電半導體及能源相關產業及製程技術之實務知識。首先介紹光電半導體材料及能源材料的基本特性及原理以及目前應用概況,並由基本的光電半導體及電化學原理為出發點,教導學生了解光電半導體材料及能源材料的基本特性及相關製作程序。透過實例之講解及工廠參觀,引導學生了解光電半導體材料之基本特性、應用領域、及實務製造之知識與產業。包括材料性質及其測試方法、應用領域、及實際製造程序的相關知識。課程設計將著重基礎光電半導體及能源材料知識的建立、實務之應用與工廠參觀。將由本校專任教師配合企業講師任教,培育學生迅速進入光電及能源材料相關產業工作之能力。 | |||
英文概述 English Description | The objective of this course is to illustrate the applications and production of semiconductor materials. An overview on optoelectronic features and knowledge will be introduced first. The optoelectronic materials design and properties evaluation will be introduced as well as applications and production process. By the case studies, it is designed to train the students about the necessary concepts of basic theorem, applications, and manufacturing processes as well as their relationship. It consists of the optoelectronic knowledge, applications and visiting manufacturing factors. After this course, the students will be capable of meeting optoelectronic related field easily as their career. |
