| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程內容以材料結構性質以及表面分析兩大基礎為出發點，講授生醫材料關鍵性質之檢測原理與方法。課程設計首重講述檢測方法之基礎科學:材料力學與原子鍵結理論將架構出生醫材料性質檢測之基礎科學，而表面化學與物理化學是生醫材料表面分析方法之關鍵基礎科學。在簡述關鍵基礎科學單元後，進一步根據不同類型之檢測技術作深入講解，內容包括原理、使用技術、應用實例三大方向，尤其針對該技術在生醫材料應用上之重要性做連結性之介紹。課程實施方法上，校內老師將著重在基礎科學理論之講述，另安排業界專家針對使用技術作較為詳盡之介紹，而由醫學工程專家配合學校老師針對應用實例做個案討論。在完整訓練目的之設計下，另有實驗課程，以訓練學生之實作經驗與能力。 | |||

The critical curriculum includes materials mechanics, surface science, biomaterials.
