| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程為培育具有性別平等觀之師資，並透過教育促成性別平等尊重和諧的社會。課程內容包含1.瞭解性別角色發展的多樣化與差異性，2.覺察性別角色在社會及教育上的偏歧現象，3.性別平等教育校園文化之營造，4.校園性別輔導機制之建立，5.性別暴力與危機處理等，以了解性別平等教育融入活動與課程之時機與策略，培養學生具備性別平等教育課程設計實作、教學之能力。本課程擬培養之核心能力與指標：1-1具備教育專業知識並掌握重要教育議題之能力。2-1具備課程與教學設計能力。4-1具備善盡教育專業責任之能力。5-1具備致力教師專業成長之能力。 | |||
