Course Objective	This course introduces students to the environmental aspects of nanoscience and nanotechnology. In this course, students will learn the fundamental physical-chemical properties, synthesis and characterization, environmental implications, health and environmental impact, and environmental applications of nanoparticles and nanomaterials. Topics about the nanomaterial applications in low/zero-carbon emission will also be covered. Case studies from recent publications on engineered carbon nanomaterials and nanomaterials on catalysis will be discussed.

Flexible Learning (Week 17-18)	Category ● 學生分組實作及討論(Student group practice and discussion) ● AI 輔助學習與工具應用(AI-assisted learning and tool application) Content Students will do group practice and discussion of vocabulary list presentation with Al-assisted tool for week 17 and 18. Hours 5 Learning Outcomes Students need to give a group presentation for the evaluation of learning outcome. Assessment Percentage 15%
