Course Objective

This course examines the strategic management of technological innovation and intellectual property. In today’s rapidly changing global economy, technological innovation and intellectual property are essential sources of corporate competitiveness, enterprise value, and sustainable growth. Through academic papers, case studies, oral presentations, and project-based learning, students will develop the ability to evaluate innovation opportunities, formulate intellectual property strategies, and integrate technological, legal, organizational, and commercial considerations into corporate decision-making.
