Course Objective

This course will illustrate the following issues: (1)IP Business Model and IP Transactions, (2)Anglo-American Contract Law, (3)Definition, Regulation, Types & Management of IP License, (4)License Agreement Auditing for Licensing Business, (5)Technical Cooperation Contract, (6)IP Joint Venture Contract and Articles of Association. In fact, the class lectures will be in English 30% and in Chinese 70%, and the class materials are mainly in Chinese.

本課程將探討：(1)智財商業模式與智財交易；(2)英美契約法；(3)智財授權契約規範；(4)授權程序與稽核；(5)技術合作契約；(6)智財合資契約及章程。事實上，本課程之進行，30%以英文講授、70%以中文講授，而且課堂教材以中文為主。

Learning Outcomes	Students need to submit a "report" after they attend the speech of this course in the "flexible" weeks. 學生將於參加完本課程「彈性學習」週之業師演講後，必須繳交「學習報告」為學習成果。
Assessment Percentage	Assessment percentage of learning outcomes (a report) of this course in the "flexible" weeks is 10%. 本課程「彈性學習」週之學習成果(學習報告)，將佔學習總成績之10%。
