Course Objective	This course facilitates students' comprehension of fundamental concepts in electronic materials, semiconductor physics and devices, and the modern theory of solids. Additionally, it encompasses the introduction to basic electronic devices and semiconductor processing technology employed in the contemporary semiconductor industry. (Course taught in English)

Flexible Learning (Week 17-18)	Category ● 學生分組實作及討論(Student group practice and discussion) ● 線上數位教材學習(Coursera、edX、磨課師等)(Online digital learning (Coursera, edX, MOOCs, etc.)) Content During Weeks 17–18, a total of 6 hours will be allocated for flexible learning. The course will be conducted through asynchronous distance learning. Students will engage in independent learning by watching digital video materials or reading the assigned materials.第17至18週共安排6小時彈性學習，採非同步遠距教學方式進行。學生透過觀看數位影音教材或閱讀指定教材，進行自主學習。 Hours 6 Learning Outcomes Students will demonstrate their understanding of the course materials by completing and submitting the assigned assignments.學生繳交指定作業，展現對課程教材內容的理解與學習成果。 Assessment Percentage Assignment completion and submission will account for 30% of the Class Participation grade.作業繳交情形占平時成績30%。
