Course Objective	This course introduces graduate students to core construction management functions — scope, contract, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and change — through a systematic knowledge-modeling approach that structures tacit, fragmented construction knowledge into traceable, executable, and auditable forms, improving management efficiency and decision reliability. The course culminates in an integrated final project and two flexible weeks exploring AI tools for project collaboration. 本課程以系統性知識建模方法，帶領研究生掌握範疇、合約、時程、成本、品質、風險、變更等營建管理核心職能，將隱性、破碎的營建知識轉化為可追溯、可執行、可稽核的結構，提升管理效率與決策可靠性。課程以整合型期末專題收尾，並於彈性學習週探索AI工具於專案協同作業之應用。 1. Flexible Learning (Week 17-18)	Category ● AI 輔助學習與工具應用(AI-assisted learning and tool application) ● 遠距教學(Distance learning) Content Weeks 17–18 focus on exploring AI tools for construction project management, emphasizing AI-supported team collaboration (knowledge sharing, task allocation, progress synchronization). Using pre-recorded materials with blended learning, students apply what they learn to collaboratively refine the course's shared knowledge base. 第17-18週聚焦營建專案管理AI工具探索，著重AI於跨團隊協同作業（知識共享、任務分派、進度同步）之應用。採預錄數位教材搭配混成學習，學生自主學習後應用於課程知識庫之協同建置與精進。 Hours 4 Learning Outcomes Each student records a 5–10 minute narrated presentation (English slides, narration in either language) on applying AI tools to construction collaboration, uploaded to YouTube. Submit a 500-word peer-review reflection on at least 3 classmates' videos. The most-liked video earns 3 bonus points (not counted within the 10%). 每位學生製作5-10分鐘投影片簡報（投影片為英文，口說中英文皆可），錄音後上傳YouTube，主題為AI工具於營建協同作業之應用。並繳交500字同儕心得，回饋至少3位同學作品。全班互評按讚數最高者加3分（不計入10%配分）。 Assessment Percentage The learning outcomes from the flexible learning weeks (Weeks 17–18) account for 10% of the final course grade, assessed on presentation completeness, quality of the English slides, clarity of oral delivery, and the specificity of peer-review reflections. An additional 3-point bonus (not counted within the 10%) is awarded to the presentation receiving the most peer likes. 彈性學習週（17-18週）之學習成果占學期總成績10%，依簡報內容完整度、英文投影片品質、口語表達清晰度，以及同儕互評心得之具體性綜合評分；另設3分加分項，獎勵全班互評按讚數最高之簡報作品，加分項不計入原10%配分內。
Evaluation and grading policy	Weekly assignments, class participation, final project, and presentation, evaluated by knowledge-modeling rubric and research-report quality. 每週作業、課堂參與、期末專題與發表，依知識建模評分規準與研究小論文品質綜合評定。
Materials	All right reserved. Do not reproduce without permission. Foreign-language textbooks:No This course uses no single textbook. Materials consist of instructor-developed knowledge-modeling framework notes, weekly readings from international journals (Automation in Construction, Advanced Engineering Informatics) and conferences (ISARC, i3CE), supplemented by an instructor-created setup guide, final-project scaffolding worksheet, and grading rubric. 本課程無指定教科書，教材以授課教師自編之知識建模框架講義、每週對應之國際期刊論文（Automation in Construction、Advanced Engineering Informatics及ISARC、i3CE研討會論文）為主，並提供自編之課前環境建置指南、期末專題引導工作表、評分規準等補充教材。
