Course Objective	This course provides a comprehensive examination of the processes and practices of real estate throughout its entire life cycle, with a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) perspectives in the building industry. Students will explore international frameworks, practical methodologies, and innovative approaches that shape sustainable real estate development, construction, operation, renovation, and demolition.
