Course Objective	本實習課旨在讓學生透過進入本校既有半導體製程教學場域，內容包括晶圓清洗、光阻塗佈、光學曝光、顯影製程、薄膜製作、金屬薄膜沉積、電鍍、化學機械平坦拋光製程、蝕刻製程、晶圓切割及薄膜量測與製程紀錄等基本操作。同時導入安全管理、場域操作規範與設備使用流程，使學生熟悉製程環境並具備初步操作能力，建立學生理論與實務操作的連結。 This lab course is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in the semiconductor manufacturing environment available on campus. Students will engage in fundamental process operations, including wafer cleaning, photoresist coating, optical lithography exposure, development, thin-film fabrication, metal film deposition, electroplating, chemical mechanical planarization (CMP), etching processes, wafer dicing, thin-film characterization, and process documentation. The course also incorporates safety management, facility operation protocols, and equipment usage procedures to ensure that students become familiar with the fabrication environment and acquire essential operational skills. Through this training, students will be able to establish a strong connection between theoretical knowledge and practical semiconductor process operation.
Course Schedule (Week 1-16)	1 無塵室實驗操作安全講習 2 光罩圖案設計實作 3 光罩及晶圓片清洗 4 金屬薄膜濺鍍沉積（PVD） 5 光阻旋轉塗布及烘烤 6 ＵＶ光學曝光機光罩對準 7 曝光及曝後烘烤 8 顯影製程 9 晶片包膜及電鍍製程 10 化學機械平坦拋光製程(CMP) 11 化學濕式蝕刻製程 12 晶圓切割製程 13 薄膜厚度量測(高度規)、顯微鏡操作 14 各項製程紀錄等基本操作 15 各組輪流上台 期末實驗成品報告 16 期末考試 備註 第17、18週為彈性學習方式，主要是讓同學可以利用這兩週時間好好整理全學期所有實驗的書面報告內容，分數佔整門課50%。在第18週課程結束前須email給授課老師 每一組實驗報告檔案(限30頁內)。
Flexible Learning (Week 17-18)	Category ● 學生分組實作及討論(Student group practice and discussion) Content 本案課程主要是在無塵室內針對半導體常見設備如: 曝光機、PVD、電鍍槽、晶圓切割機、壓模機及研磨拋光機等設備設計數個微結構元件，讓學生自行製造出來。 Hours 6 Learning Outcomes 學生經過一學期的無塵室實驗課程後，應可對一般常見的的半導體製程機台操作有所基礎。 Assessment Percentage 彈性週學生主要是負責撰寫實驗報告
