Course Objective	訓練學生以實驗技巧，探討理論，認識儀器，並對實驗結果之數據與現象做評析與處理。 This course is to train students by experimental techniques and the principles of physical chemistry, and to become familiar with laboratory apparatus. Both the phenomena and data results of experiments are explained and treated.
Course Schedule (Week 1-16)	一 分組(每組每週做不同實驗，請明確第二週實驗順序)、安全衛生教育講習 二、三 實驗實做前課程講解 四 固體密度的測定 藉比重瓶測定粒狀或粉狀等不規則形固體的密度 五 液體密度的測定 藉漢埃氏法測定液體或溶液的密度 六 表面張力的測定 藉毛細管上升法測定不同溫度下液體的表面張力 七 液體黏度的測定 以奧士瓦黏度計測定純液體或溶液於各種溫度時之相對黏度，並了解相對黏度及絕對黏度的定義及測定法 八 備課 九 全校期中考週 十 凝固點下降法測定分子量 依據Clausius-Clapeyron方程式及稀薄溶液理論，藉貝克曼凝固點下降分子量測定裝置，以圖解法求溶質之真正分子量 十一 中和熱的測定 藉由量熱器測定各種酸與鹼溶液的中和熱，並熟悉量熱器水當量的測定法 十二 液體蒸氣壓的測定 藉等壓管法測定液體蒸氣壓，並與Clausius-Clapeyron方程式相驗證，進而估算液體的汽化熱 十三 固體溶質溶解度的測定 了解溶解度的定義及其測定方法，以測定固體溶質在不同溫度下的溶解度並求該物質的溶解熱 十四 溶質於相互不溶解二溶劑間的分配率 測定溶質在相互不溶解二溶劑間的分配率，並依據熱力學原理，由分配律測求其會合度或解離度 十五 二成份系之液液平衡 測定水-酚系溶液之溶解度曲線（成份與溫度的關係），並求其臨界溶解溫度（或稱會溶溫度）及其組成 十六 期末實驗室器材整理 十七 期末打掃實驗室 十八 全校期末考週
