Course Objective 1. Compressors, evaporators, condensers, and refrigerant control technology 2. Refrigeration system design 本課程將介紹冷凍工程以及其設計，內容涵蓋如下：冷凍壓縮循環原理，冷凍系統之設備，各種冷凍系統之設計、食品冷卻、冷凍負荷計算、冷媒管路之設計與計算、冷凍庫之設計。

Course Schedule Week 1-3: 1. Theories of vapor compression refrigeration system Week 4-6: 2. Compressors, evaporators, condensers, and refrigerant control technology Week 7-9: 3. Refrigeration system design Week 10-11 4. Advanced Defrost Methods 5. Lubrication and Oil Handling Week 12-14: 6. Conservation, Reclaim, and Storage of Energy Week 15-18: 7. Advanced Refrigeration and Freezing of Food 8. Advanced Refrigeration Load Calculations 9. Refrigerated Structures
