Course Objective 本課程乃針對材料工程中金屬材料領域開立之專業課程。本課程藉由熱力學，電化學，物理冶金等基礎課程，依各類不同金屬材料的冶鍊與合金製作過程進行介紹。課程內容包括鋼鐵合金之冶鍊，非鐵材料包括銅、鋁、鈦、鎳、鎂、鋅、矽及貴金屬等材質之火法或濕法冶鍊製程，以上金屬合金之配置特性與特殊製程設備，以及各類合金特性與應用之領域。 The course is designated for undergraduate students who are interested in developing skills in metallic materials-related fields. Based on the concepts of thermodynamics, electrochemistry, and physical metallurgy, the course introduces the extraction metallurgy of metallic elements and their alloying processes. The course discusses: metallurgy of ferrous alloys, metallurgy and hydrometallurgy of Cu, Al, Ti, Ni, Mg, Zn, Si, and noble metals, and the specialty processes for preparing alloys of the above. Properties and applications of the above alloys are also covered.
