Course Objective 本課程之教學目標: 1.使學生瞭解材料試驗的目的，各種材料機械性質之意義，材料試驗設備的構造及其使用方法。 2.使學生瞭解金相試片之製作過程及各種金屬材料之顯微組織，並熟悉金相拍攝及各項操作過程。 Teaching objectives of this course 1. Let students understand the purpose of material testing, the significance of the mechanical properties of various materials, and the equipment of material testing.The structure of the equipment and how to use it. 2.Enable students to understand the production process of metallographic specimens and the microstructure of various metal materials, and become familiar with them. Metallographic photography and various operations.

Course Schedule 第一週實驗室安全衛生教育說明、材料試驗原理講解： (1)金相實驗(包含試片取樣、研磨、拋光、腐蝕、觀察。)(2)火花實驗、(3)硬度試驗、(4)衝擊試驗、(5)拉伸試驗。第二週分組實驗第三週分組實驗第四週分組實驗第五週分組實驗第六週分組實驗第七週分組實驗第八週分組實驗第九週期中考(分組上台報告) 第十週材料試驗原理講解(換組) 第十一週分組實驗第十二週分組實驗第十三週分組實驗第十四週分組實驗第十五週分組實驗第十六週分組實驗第十七週分組實驗第十八週期末考(筆試)

Evaluation and grading policy 一、平時成績(上課出席表現+實驗報告(40%): (上課出席表現有上課全勤、實驗態度、積極度) 扣分：曠課、上課睡覺、上課穿拖鞋、吃東西、滑手機、打電動、打電腦。二、期中上台報告 (30%)以組為單位，準備PowerPoint檔三、期末考(筆試) 30% 未參加期中上台報告或期末考者，該次成績以零分計算
