Course Objective	基礎無機材料合成法、原理與反應機制探討, 包含 1. 固態合成法合成陶瓷材料與金屬氧化物、碳化物 2. 氣相合成法合成薄膜材料及其應用於原物料製造 3. 液相合成法將解說沉澱法、水熱法、強迫水解法與溶膠凝膠法合成形貌可控之無機材料。.
