Course Objective	This course provides the students opportunity to discuss after reading the management related journal papers. The goal is to improve students' research capabilities.
Course Schedule	Week 1: Course introduction and seminar grouping Weeks 2-18: Personal and Group Presentation of Academic Journal Papers Paper presentation is to be scheduled not on a weekly basis and the exact presentation dates and time periods will be announced accordingly.
Evaluation and grading policy	1. Oral Presentations 50% 2. Written Reports 30% 3. Class Participation 20%
Materials	All right reserved. Do not reproduce without permission. Foreign-language textbooks:No Journal Papers published within most recent 3 years SCI/SSCI indexed All the papers published in pure OA journals should not be considered
