Course Objective 以都會區空氣品質為範圍，配合污染源類別﹙粒狀物，SOx， NOx， VOC， THC及O3﹚，本課程從逸散性、固定污染性、移動污染性等不同方向，以講述空品之規劃與管理等問題。此包括PSI指標與空品特性分析，及減目標與管制策略之研訂等。 The course gives a brief introduction to planning and management for air quality. The main contents are focused on fugitive pollution, stationary, and movable sources. Index of pollution standard will be also discussed in the course.
