Course Objective	主要敘述工業管理的發展、沿革及新趨勢，內容包含：工業組織、人事管理、工廠規畫、成本分析與控制、工業設備、研究發展、生產管理、物料管理、品質管理及工業安全等，期使學生對工業工程與管理整體作業有一概括性的認識。 This course will mainly introduce the past history, development and future trend of industrial engineering and management. It concludes industrial organization, personnel management, factory planning, cost analysis and control, R&D, production management, materials management, quality management and industrial safety.
